The course will contain information from the latest NCSHA conference, income and asset determination, special rules, state requirements, fair housing, and other information that will assist you with the day to day operation of your property.

We encourage all participants to seek out other avenues of education for compliance and fair housing. Class attendance and proof of participation may be mandatory for the annual reporting process.
